This morning I weighed 145lbs. This time last year I was about 135, so I'd love to get back to there for Christmas.
No grains and no sugar has worked really well for me in the past, so I shall endeavour to stick to that with the accountability of having posted here!

lost a pound so 1210 wont take it seriously though as had vodka last night,so far had whey protein shake and coffee went to the gym and had a sunbed. feel lovely and warm and stops me getting SADSeasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that has a seasonal pattern. The episodes of depression tend to occur at the same time each year, usually during the winter. that my excuse...lol

Well, the first post said Mon and Thurs were weigh in days, so here goes... Joined on 08/11 at 145 and today I'm 144 1/4.:j So, am going in the right direction! Sorry if it sounds pedantic to put down the quarter pound, but I wanted to be precise!

Wow, Monday's here already!
This thread is helping me keep more to the straight and narrow, and be more controlled in my eating habits. Still not perfect, but doing ok. I'm now 10 stone 1 3/4, which has made my week!

Sorry, I signed up for this and then got completely distracted. I also completely misunderstood the original assignment - I thought it was two kilos in seven weeks!!! Oh dear, must try harder. Please sign me back on for a pound a week. Starting today.0

Well I weighed myself this morning and I've lost another 2lb so pretty pleased with that! I've managed to up my water since last week and yet again I'm surprised at how I hardly feel "empty". I've also almost completely cut white bread, pasta, potatoes, crisps and choc, except for a blip on Sunday when I was hungover!!0
