7 weeks for christmas lose 2ib a week...lose a stone

whos up for it?
weighing days is monday morning and thursday (or everyday)after waking up,Why? your body is at its lightest because you had no food or water for 8 hours.
im doing high protein no carbs diet

  • Okay this morning at 5 am, I was 100KG. In 50 days it will be Christams Eve. I want to be 93 kg by Christmas. Call it 1.25 Kg a week.
    I think drastic action is required.

    Can I join? I'd like to lose 14lbs by Christmas, so 2lb per week. Breakfast was 2 boiled whole eggs and a boiled egg white. Lunch will be leftover sauasages from yesterday with carrot sticks and hummous.

    had a chicken cheese salad sandwich, prunes 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
    for tea, not as strict as i wished for, maybe tomorrow Ill be better

  • So far today I have consumed a bowl of sheddies with skimmed milk at 5am, numerous cups of black coffee all day, a cheese and onion pasty at 11am (not sure why), a prawn sandwhich (267calories apparently) from the co-op (I forgot my homemade sandwhich in my rush to leave at 5:30 am). Also Consumed 1 apple, and 3 satsumas. And walked about a mile.

    google 'the whole 30' it gives lists of low carb foods. I did a 30 day challenge and it honestly changed the way I eat and think about food.
  • I'm in. This morning I weigh 188lbs which was a nice surprise as 7lbs less than the last time I weighed myself about a month ago. Not sure how that happened but shan't complain.
    So 2lb a week for the next 7 weeks here we go..

    weighed in 1213 .. had afew cans last night but serious today.had protein drink and prunes and 2 big mugs of coffee for breakfast. getting use too having light breakfast.
