7 weeks for christmas lose 2ib a week

I'm in - will do the first weigh in tomorrow morning (If I can find my scales!)
I have been in healthy living mode for the last few weeks - so this is good!
Today
Breakfast - Smoked Salmon with a tiny bit of light philidelphia
Morning snack - Banana
Lunch - Chicken Salad
Afternoon snack - yoghurt

I had a sneaky weigh in this morning and I seem to have lost 1lb since Tuesday already, so pretty pleased with that0

Ive stayed the same 1211 had some mince bolognese ..Spell? lettuce in a wrap for tea and loads of prunes also had vodka and diet lemonade and peanut butter on a rivita.. if i stay this weight for a week 1 Ill be pleased:D

This mornings weigh in - 210lb
(Can't believe quite how much i have put on since last October- was down to about 180 - and want to get back to it again and preferably lose more!)
So far
Small amount of smoked salmon & philidephia light for breakfast (trying to go low carb and need ideas of what to eat for breakfast without cooking!)
Snack - Banana
Lunch - chicken salad
Tonight - going to Zumba class too.

currently 164 lbs, wanna be 154 but losing a round stone and getting to 150 would be even better0 -
Whey protein drink and a big mug of coffee for breakfast
2 hot chicken legs (chicken from morrisons 4.50p) for lunch and fake diet red bull.
I found that the stimulate drink gives me energy and theres no sugar in it, so Im burning the fat. (do that in the gym too)
chicken salad with salad cream and with curry tikka powder sprinkled

Zumba was cancelled last night - so did 35mins in the Gym instead - and I've only been in it once before - so thats an achievement for me!!Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0

well I'm off to a good start, forgot to weigh myself yesterday and then ate a large choccy brownie after lunch!! :eek: Back on track today hopefully.0

weighed the same eat the same but in different order..cheated last night had ryvita 3 first 1 was peanut butter second was cheese triangle,horrible and pate, delicious. and glass of milk.
