7 weeks for christmas lose 2ib a week

Well, last night I had homemade carrot and squash soup, then ended up having a massive costco cupcake. So this morning I've decided to start a food diary to keep me on track and hopefully discourage me from mindlessly snacking. 2 boiled eggs for me again this morning, and will be having vegetable soup for lunch then my homemade soup for supper.
Oh, and planning to up my water intake this week as well.0 -
On course so far had a pint of milk for lunch then a big coffee for trade chicken tomatoes and lettuce loads of salad cream tho..drinking coffee and snack ing on prunes ..also had a binge last night didn't feel well..like cold coming on .so had some vitamin c ..high dose and zinc..the zinc helps u absorbed it more. b - coffee n 2 finger kit kat (tom chocolate was needed )

D big bowl of soup a steak and onion scotch pie and a 2 finger kit kat
also bag of marshmallows that fell in my mouth when i was making xmas cones for school fair

Was pretty good last night, had my soup and that was it, although I didnt quite make my 2.5L water target. Today's menu:
B: Boiled eggs (a bit samey, but I can't eat breakfast till I'm at work and we only have a microwave here)
L: Lentil and Veg soupChicken salad

last night had 4 pint cans of stella and peanut butter spoonfull on a rivita.
Thought I wouldnt lose today but weigh in a 1212 ... it must be all them prunes.
anyway breakfast whey protien drink and prunes coffee and went to the gym just done some weights. had protien drink with some milk and some coffee and prunes (I love them), Plus they help lose the weight...feeelhungry now but give it 15 mins and it will pass.must drink more water to help me burn the fat..

Hello prosaver may I join you? I only have 91/2lbs to lose to get to my target of 10 stones, so will aim for 1lb a week to allow for December's feasting marathon, when I tend to put the weight on, not just Christmas Day.
Today's weight is 10st 91/2lbs.
Will be keeping my carb count below 60 and calories under 1500. Am also going to try and increase my water intake, which seems to have dropped over the last few months as I've been mad busy.
