Turkey breast roast from Aldi was delicious but I would not cook it quite as long. I use my combi microwave and its a much smaller oven than the main oven costs less to run, think an hour on 170c would be plenty.
OH enjoyed it and there is enough for turkey salad tomorrow for supper, I will cut it on the slicer when its cold.
Just settling down to watch Country File and Strictly, wonder if Dave Myers will go out tonight. I understand from the The Mail on Sunday his partner caused ructions with a remark she made to Ola Jordan......:mad:its her first year in the show, if she carries on like that it could also be her last.:D
I have managed to get at the machine and quilt and bind two table mats and mug mats, just have to sew down the binding and slip stitch the opening in the mug mats, then they can be packed up ready to post.0 -

Went to DD1's for lunch, got very lost getting there, I was following one set of directions, hubby was following a different set, lol.
I'm still full, only had a drink when I got in & I won't need another meal before bed.
I'm still knitting Minions, Minion hats and also need to start knitting a couple of baby jackets, I had a lot of problems knitting, it was making my hands ache, then I swapped to bamboo needles and I don't get any pain, so that helps a lot.
Work for me tomorrow, but not hubby, he's back on Tuesday, I've made a batch of roast pepper and tomato soup for my lunches next week, and a batch of spicy chicken & rice for hubby's lunches.
Have a good evening everyone
Hugs HesterChin up, Titus out.0
