Yea, gods. I thought it was me, with my cold- bunged- up brain!

Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.
(Pity they are mangled by this autocorrect!)0 -
Sorry OP but your post is so badly written it's impossible to understand what the issue is.

He was probably lost for words if the OP is a fair demonstration of communication skills. In UK, after a meeting manager called me back and said joking aside, with his head bowed, I know I've joked but did I want to return. He thought I was really useful out there but thought/felt I didn’t want to be there sometimes. I did mention about the mixed messages I felt I received about my return but he didn't say anything..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 -
Met my boyfriend at company, works for a different team to me,. My bf got involved with a new project, travelling to US with manager. Few months later I got asked. I was so excited, great opportunity. I worked hard and in UK I moved over to new project.
Manager asked bf if I could return to US as was needed.
I didn't follow the post either, but this sentence struck me as very odd. Why is your manager speaking to your bf about your work? Is bf somehow in your line management?Mortgage when started: £330,995

I thought it was me who had a problem understanding it because I assumed that someone working on projects serious enough to take them to the States or Honk Kong would have some basic writing skills.0

No idea what's going on or who said what, when or even where.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

There are 2 male players in this. Over use of the male pronoun 'he' guarantees that we cannot be sure what the manager did or said and what the bf did or said. You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0

I'm not sure when you are talking about the boyfriend, and when you are talking about this manager.
Are you unhappy with the manager or boyfriend or both?0 -
