Well, still no movement or contact from the garage.
They were sent the letter before action just over a week ago, both by post and a copy via email. They've been given two weeks to get in touch. Had they made any attempt to resolve it previously I may have been inclined to give them longer, but they've not even bothered to negotiate.0
