Clutterfree, thank you so much for the link:A. I have book marked it and will keep checking in and will pounce when it is back in stock, I have about 1 month's supply left of Clarins Gentle Exfoliator and quite a lot of Liquid Gold (which I forget to use every other day and only achieve about once a week).
Are you by any chance a Beauty Mouth follower too?
I too am a Beauty Mouth followerhave had my eye on the Pixi for ages, I heard that they were going to be stocking it online, requested an email when it was in stock but never got sent one
will be regularly checking that page too :rotfl:
It looks from the picture on the website that the bottle has got smaller?
Dolly I have palette envy - looked that palette up you got yesterday and it looks lovely.
Few UU this morning (both from PP list) -
184 - Ralph Lauren Romance Shower Gel 100ml
185 - Ralph Lauren Romance Body Moisturiser 100ml
Was really difficult to get the product out of these. Think there was still a tiny bit left in the moisturiser one but I really couldn't get it out. Super tough plastic so would be difficult to cut too.
WNBA for both of them - they were both gifts and nice to use but would not purchase for myself. Still have some of the matching fragrance left, which again is nice but not one of my favourites. Saw on Martin's christmas show that a dupe for this is the Next Just Pink which I also have (which was given as a gift) and I had never noticed before :rotfl:0 -
I could be wrong, but TBH I think all they've done is change the "coming soon" to "out of stock".
With regards to the packaging change, I did ask them about this.
The current one comes in a rectangular shaped bottle with the pump already in place. When they post it out, they have to parcel tape the pump top to the bottle to prevent leakage. The new bottle will not have the pump attached so it is easier to post out. Pixi said they believe it will still have a pump but that will be separate.

Yes but only since end of August.
Does it show from my stash list?!
That said, I bought Emma Hardie's balm way before it became cult.
Unfortunately, after 2 months I became allergic to it. Such a shame as I love it, and for the two months it did work my skin looked great.
Now use an unperfumed Clinique balm which works just as well but I do miss the smell of the EH one.
Since following Caroline, my bank balance has taken a hit but my skin looks loads better. As she says, you only get one face!
Also, my attitude to ageing has changed. I was always on the look out for a product that would reduce wrinkles, etc. I have now accepted only surgery can do that permanently so my goal is just to get my skin in the best condition it can be for my age!
Another Caroline quotethat changed my attitude "Ageing is a privilege that not everyone gets".
If you are desperate for Pixi Glow Tonic then I would give them a quick call. Since using it I've not needed to use facial scrubs. My 17yo son has also started using it. Seems to get through it quicker than me, though! Probably because he doesn't pay for it!
I've been taking care of my skin since my early teens but I have never bought anti-aging products, a good routine has been enough, I am 42 and have no wrinkles and just a few very fine lines around my eyes, the ones you can only see from certain angles.I too am a Beauty Mouth followerhave had my eye on the Pixi for ages, I heard that they were going to be stocking it online, requested an email when it was in stock but never got sent one

I used my new palette today and it is so pretty, the Too Faced eyeshadows have never disappointed me.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Morning all!
Clicked on the QVC Christmas weekend items and wondered if this would interest any of you?
http://www.qvcuk.com/Tabletop-Spinning-Cosmetic-Organiser-by-Lori-Greiner.product.759257.html
I would love one if it were big enough for all my various bottles as opposed to one for cosmetics as my make-up is already nicely organised.
I also use this inside one of my dresser drawers for things like nail files, hair grips etc....(mine's hot pink though)
http://www.lakeland.co.uk/23757/8-Piece-Interlocking-Bin-Set-Green
What do other people store their stuff in? My bathroom stuff is in a plastic 4-drawer unit and my 'not yet in use' stuff is in those black and grey folding crates.
I like the look of the Lori Greiner storage but way too small for my needs.
My make up is stored in Muji acrylic drawers (two 5 drawers and two 2 drawers). They are very expensive for what they are, but I LOVE them. I've just posted a 20% off code on the code board if anyone is interested.
Incidentally, my make up is not in this challenge!
My toiletries are stored in a large cupboard in the bathroom and my daily facial items are in a bathroom cabinet over the basin. Hubby has taken up some space in this cabinet with his tooth brush and one can of deodorant! Cheek! :rotfl:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I have just had the BEST present through the post!!!!!!!
:D:D:D:D
Boots sent me an e-mail a few weeks back inviting me - as one of their top reviewers - to be part of their Christmas Review Panel....and the box of treats has just arrived! I am so happy I could cry!!!!!rogueylawyer wrote: »I'm off to my very first craft fair today, selling my jewellery. Think ive gained the idiot of the month award. Finally got round to taking a picture, taken over an hour to get this lot in one place. Feel ashamed - this isn't including the half used sun cream, self tan and cosmetics - they need a photo of their own!If it makes you feel any better, your stash is just a fraction of what I have hoarded away and I haven't even included deodorant, make up or dental care in my list. :embarasse
Hi everyonejust back from holiday so away to catch up on the thread.

Perhaps we should start a "we appreciate Caroline Hirons" sub-group:D
I had started using Liquid Gold and EH Moringa Balm before finding CH, but other things I have tried as a result of her reviews (bearing in mind that what suits one may not suit another). Although most of her recommended products are quite expensive, I think I am finding my HG's and will waste less money trying things out because I have been seduced by the hype, or even just feeling like a treat:o. I cannot always pin point what causes reactions on my face, but one of the great things about CH is that she points out possible culprits for different skin types
I am blessed with good skin genes, but still have problems of sensitivity, dry patches, but now I too, think my skin is pretty good, in spite of the clock whizzing around too fast! I am 64 and have been buying anti-aging products since my mid 50's, after the menopause I definitely needed richer (but not heavier) skin care, one advantage for me is that my slightly oily T zone is only a tiny bit different to the rest of my face.:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. You lucky thing!
I'm 43 and have fine lines around my eyes and a "1" between my eyebrows - not a number 11 yet...
My most aged area is my decolletage, obviously where it has been "weathered" when wearing V neck tops.I also never use to moisturise this area until recently so my own fault.
I also have dark circles under my eyes but I've been conscious of these since my teens so not an age thing. However I have realised that there is nothing I can do about them (other than conceal) because it is actually the way my muscle lies under the skin so it forms a shadow effect if that makes sense?
Sorry for all my chatty posts today. Woke up with a cold so I'm having a lazy day today.Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I hope that the cold goes away soon, I am having a lazy day too, I feel too tired to go a bike ride, but will get dressed and have a wander into town, there is a Medieval Fair in the castle, so may go and have a look at what is on in the rest of the town and not pay the fee to get into the main bit (just looked it up £14 or £12 concessions) not paying that :money:LOL)The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. I forgot to post another small use up. I tried one of the L'Anza Solutions Urban Elements Remedy Shampoo sachets yesterday. I still have two left so I'll review it when I've finished them all.
The Boots Essential Aromatherapy Lavender & Cedarwood Relaxing Body Creme is spluttering too so I'll have to cut it open.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
Hello all! I have another IN: TBS Vitamin E Illuminating Moisturiser. Also a blending brush. I'm sure I declared some cotton wool pads as an in last time.
