pray for me today ladies so that I may resist temptation in town:rotfl:not been for ages so fancied a day out after a mamouth ironing session yesterday and lots to do at the end of the week

    Good luck!
I'm going to town on Thursday with my mum. Not been in about 4 months and I think the lure of T K Maxx may be too much to bear...

    Resisted temptation today already.
There's a half price Benefit gift set listed on the Grabbit board!
 Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.
  • Some unexpected INs for me:
    3x Lush Sakura Bath bomb
    1x Golden Slumbers Bath bomb
These came in a package from my friend in Canada. Sakura is, like, MY FAVE!!
They still have it in NA but not here anymore so I'm super happy.
But boy have I got a lot of baths I need to have...:D:D:D
    Don't turn a slip up into a give up:D

  • Two UUs this morning!

    14. Lush Happy Hippy shower gel 100ml - WMBA, I really like it, but I find Lush shower gels rather expensive.
    15. The Body Shop Born Lippy Satsuma Shimmer lip balm - WNBA, I liked this to start with, but found it too sticky compared to the other Born Lippy pots.

Hi ladies. Just a pop in post to report another UU from my PP list:-

Elemis Exotic Frangipani shower cream. Actually cut the tube open and ran the last remaining contents under my bath water last night. I actually think this was the last tube of this product left in my stash and I don't think I WBA. Would use it if it came as part of a set but wouldn't seek out to buy singularly.

I think I have 4 products left on my PP now and the next one to go will probably be the Clinique moisturiser.

Do need to bob to our local Boots at lunch as Emma wants a shampoo for removing brassiness from her hair. Will try not to look at the Clearance shelf as this is my downfall in there.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Have another UU since I've got home and washed make up off and it's one that's not on my PP:-

2ml Liz Earle Superskin Concentrate. Don't like the smell of this at all. WNBA - think this came as part of a kit or a GWP.

Have just looked through my stash and I have no serums/oils left at all. Was going to invest in a bottle of A'kin Rosehip oil but instead I'm thinking that :-

    a) as my Clinique moisturiser will run out tomorrow I'm going to see if I can apply my Elemis Eye Renewal as a serum all over my face thus providing a faster UU of the Eye Serum which is also on my PP (what can I use to polish my halo, ladies??)

I have the following moisturisers in my stash to use as night creams: A couple of sachets of L'occitane night cream, a small tube of Elemis night cream, a 30ml jar of Pure Organics cream and a 30ml jar of Liz Earle. Wonder whether any of these will need a serum/oil under them?

Its such a rip-off isn't it, I've been filling up the hand wash dispenser in the bathroom for ages now with a litre bottle of bubble bath I got from Wilko's for about 70p, the equivalent amount in actual handwash, even out of the same range, would be far more!! I like to spend my money on nice things, not over the odds on the basics!

I know, basically I would think they are the same product  but maybe the bath foam is stronger because it's designed to be used with more water, but doesn't everyone just pour a glug of bath cream in :o I think I'll try using the bath stuff as it's much more MSE :D:money:
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time
