Problems with Sky and BTOpenreach

Priceofprivatisation - yes all sorted now. I shouldn't have to contact the people at the top in the first place but my installation wasn't handled properly by Sky or BT Openreach but I am satisfied with the response received.

The problem I see is that companies are reliant on BT Openreach to make the connections but BT have got so much extra business on they have hired contractor engineers who aren't up to the job and don't have the same skills as official BT engineers.
