Not a NSD here as needed to do a Tesco visit. Had some vouchers though, so ended up getting about £8 off my shopping. And also got some cheap and cheerful new car mats for the new car. I had them in the old car, but it was something else I didn't think to take out when I had my accident.
I'm getting to grips with the new car as well. Pleased myself today when I finally worked out how to get the back wipers going.I'm fine doing little drives round my town, which I know like the back of my hand, but I think I'm still a way off doing longer drives. Which is fine, because I haven't got any planned until nearer Christmas anyway.
Tomorrow won't be a NSD either. I have to go into town to pay in my write-off cheque, and shall grab a bottle of wine as a thank you for the friend who is picking me up for dinner tomorrow night, and putting me up at hers. Meant to grab one at Tesco today, but completely forgot.
Hope everyone is well! Keep warm tonight, I reckon it's gonna get cold later with these clear skies.Because it's fun to have money!

beth - the next month's challenge thread is usually started a couple of days before the start of the month, and a link will be posted on here.
In the meantime, there is no reason why you can't start counting December NSDs in your posts, as long as you make it clear that the NSDs you have caught are towards December's target. Every NSD is a good 'un!!One life - your life - live it!0 -
Not a NSD for me but hadn't planned one and still spent less than expected! I wanderes around M&S with some clothes then decided I didn't want to spend the money so put them back
Planning one tomorrow, in fact planning to not leave the house at all. I've got a new pair of much needed slippers and a book I've wanted for ages that I found in a charity shop for 70p so that's me sorted for the weekend.
Still very happy with my 11 so far, couldn't have imagined it last month!

I'm staying home from placement again as I have another 24 hour bug.
I had S&D before I went to go
I get so easily ill now, I don't understand it.
You're prob just a bit under the weather with all the ups and downs this month, plus it's the time of year where heating and air con swirls those bugs around and we are around people more, either just by being inside more, or the likes of more shopping etc in the run up to Xmas. Do you have some vitamin c tablets you could start taking?
errr Nargle, i know we don't want Beanie leaving us this month but any chance you can ask Igor to un handcuff her from my pole, kinda making it hard to practise :rotfl:
Beanie, I have no idea of NSD this month either so you're in good company.
Speaking of which not one today, couple of bits in 99p shop and tacto. Made hm pizza tonight, with hm sauce. Hence I needed basil and also garlic from the local market. Noticed too that garlic is more expensive in the Thai supermarket than tacto  pizzas a success though need to work on the shape, and the counter to oven manoeuvre.... Nearly had pizza face plant disaster :rotfl: Red sure you have some tips?Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

The tablets won't have the same acid effect, and lots of people swear by echinacea too. It's a busy time of year so try to take some rest time for yourself and relax, acid reflux etc are often bought on or made worse by stress / anxiety. keep to plain, easily digestible foods for a couple of days and eat little and often rather than big meals. Keep hydrated with lots of water, or dilute squash etc. xFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
