I'm post early that today will be another NSD as probably won't be able to update over the weekend and I know today is definitely one as I haven't got the car today and can't get to the shops without it! So that will be NSD #9/10. Looking like I'll need to update my total for the month next week!

  • Not a NSD for me. Put £750 deposit down on a car, and I pay the rest when I pick it up on Wednesday afternoon. Then bought my sister, who came over to drive me to the car showroom, and generally keep me company, a lunch at Frankie & Bennies.
Took just over 5 hours to choose, test drive and barter over a car. With waiting around in various places while cars were fetched from other showrooms around the county.
Interesting how much BS car salesmen spin though! Luckily, having worked at the DVLA for a time, I'm pretty immune!
