Spendy day again today, but am determined to do no more food shopping this week. All meals are planned and ingredients in stock. Hopefully OH and DS won't have an extra attack of the munchies while I am at work tomorrow, they can literally go through the cupboards like a plague of locusts. (If you don't think two locusts make a plague, you haven't seen my OH and DS.)
Will hopefully contribute more NSDs to the Cauldron of Doom later this week. One life - your life - live it!0 -

NSD no 3 today.
Cold cold cold here.
I know you are much further North than me in the Midlands but I thought I was alone in being absolutely freezing! I've put it down to being 3 stone lighter than last winter so no fat-jacket to insulate me this year but I'm sure it's much colder than last November! Still not putting the heating on for more than an hour a day (as littlies go to bed) so I'm wrapped up invery dodgy PJs and DS2's spare fleecy bed-throw!
Congrats on your 3rd NSD, hoping to catch you up tomorrowLBM 17th Oct13 - SC DMP - DFD 10th Feb 2018

I am sooooo cross with myself.
Really messing it up big-time this month:(.
Last night I set up an envelope("pot") with enough money to cover this month's:
_ school dinners(for 3 youngest(primary school age) children, needs to be paid on Monday-they only have school dinners once a week)
_Scout subs for 2 children, usually paid each Thur night
_sweet machine after swimming lessons:40p each child each week.
I thought this would make it easier for me to call some days "no spend".
This morning, first day back at school, feeling very smug that it would be a NSD,only for my eldest daughter(in secondary school) to announce she needed £ to put on prepaid card for lunch.Noooooooooo: budget out by £5 already!
THEN,7yo daughter says "Dont forget to buy some sweets to give my friends for my birthday".Again, why didnt I have it on the list for my big shop on Sunday???
ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!
ETO,please cheer me up:can you please update my listing with my NSD on 1st Nov.Thank you.And thank you again for taking on the job of juggling us all :T
I swear,I am going to scream if anyone finds something else for me to spend money on for the rest of the month !!!!!!SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
