    Oh crumbs ...
  • Oh dear, it's half term, isn't it? :(
  • Hang on, let me get this straight.

You've had a car crash and somehow believe it's Asda's fault? This is better than when someone's bag was nicked in Asda car park, and they blamed Asda too!

Your car has headlights, you have eyes, use them together and you won't crash. If it was someone else's fault, then claim on their insurance.

How on earth do you cope on unlit roads if you can't manage to deal with darkness @ 5MPH in Asda's car park?

Edit: Just re read and have seen you drove up the kerb you couldn't see as it was dark. Turn your lights on, have better awareness of your surroundings. You should have been aware there was a kerb there really.

That looks to be a photo OF a cake. Albeit a good one.

But all this is not about a problem with getting a photo OF a cake, but getting a (not rubbish) photo cake.

Please stay on topic or this thread won't help the op at all.

No no, you misunderstand. That was a recreation of the accident in cake. A little poetic licence may have been used but I am an artiste don't you know.

You ought to make the original photo available to the op's no win no fee lawyers as there may be no closed circuit tv available to them, and your interpretation of the event will help clear up any confusion caused in the op's written report of the incident.
