Morning, another SFD yesterday but won't be today as need to get food in.
Overpayments from bills at old house gradually coming in (only notifications received so far) up to £124 to date - this is going straight off higher interest loan - hope to get below next £1k this month as incentive.
I understand completely about the milk situation - luckily there is just me who drinks it here in tea so drinking fruit tea and making porridge with water.
    Have a good SFD x

Lilliyanna, re the downshift challenge. I bought the tescimo value range for a while but had to hide the labels or use the products without OH noticing as he wasn't too keen. Just an image thing as the packaging looks cheap to him. That's one reason I changed to lidl and aldi as the products there are the same price or cheaper but look really nice and look better quality so OH is happy and I save money.

Today should be another SFD, number 11. Can't remember who said it but I stalk my excel spreadsheets too despite nothing really changing esp. if I don't spend but I check just in case I can reshuffle sth, lol

Well my neck and shoulder haven't improved, if anything it's got worse.
DH is on his day off, but it seems like a massive inconvenience to him that I am incapacitated as he has had to get up and help me despite the fact I have barely slept all night due to pain and woke at 4.30am and couldn't get back to sleep! I'm desperately trying to organise someone to take DD to and from school the next few days but he is just making out I am over reacting.

    Lunch to work - 8/20
    Declutter - 20+/20 items

    Toiletries - £3/£10
    Social - 1/3
    Xmas - £80/£150
    CC £0/£200

Today will be an unfortunate spend day as I have nothing in for butties for the rest of the week. Only have £4 in my purse though and I don't plan to spend more than this!

Hubby had a clear out last night whilst I was out (it's dangerous leaving him home alone, I can tell you!) It looked like we'd been burgled! However, he had a huge carrier full of things for the charity bin so that's the declutter target met :)

Have you thought of seeing your GP? If its muscular maybe he/she could prescribe you strong anti inflammatories and advise you on stretching exercises :(

It's been a spend day today as had to go to hey diddle lidl to get some nighttime pants for DD. However I got a few ingredients for pizza at the weekend which cost me a lot less than I would pay else where. It is an 8 minute drive but I have decided I will be doing my main shop there next month.
Also made a decision on the VC, not going to get a fancy one, I'm going for a Henry which I've read really good reviews about. Also can use amazon vouchers.

Technically a SFD yesterday. I spent £3 but it will be refunded bywork. Also I put £24 of fuel in the car but I think that doesn’t count in therules. OH also spent £2.16 on groceries, which I have added to the budget, but notcounted against the SFD total as he is not actually doing the challenge. Hope this is ok Kat?

Not much to report. Mad, busy day in work yesterday followed by achild’s birthday party (in a pub?!?) and a quick visit to see my Mam. Had a nigh tin front of the telly with OH and then sleep.

I’ve got a mystery shop after work today. It’s my first one for a new company so need to make sure I’m on the ball.

    Can’t wait until pay day!
