PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Advice needed - neighbours

You don't live in Worthing at all do you?
I had the same thing. I moved in the end and was rather out of pocket, but it was either that or try to hide the bodies. It would have been too much effort to dig the ditch and a waste of good quicklime.
The terms of any lease are irrelevant and between the landlord and the neighbour. I even had my solicitor explain to them that you can't be bound by an agreement you aren't a party to, but I think it still fell on deaf ears.
If you believe you or your child is doing anything wrong, then go ahead and deal with it. If you don't, I'd just adhere to your tenancy agreement and politely tell them to go away.0 -
Tell her you have put carpet down. She'll never know.
And you have in a way - the rugs.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Any more posts you want to make on something you obviously know very little about?"
Is an actual reaction to my posts, so please don't rely on anything I say.
