Evening All

Another one here with a combi - never use the grill but use the oven part all the time. There is just myself and DD here and it is such a waste to heat up the big oven. This is the second we have had and couldn't be without it although this one is smaller inside than the last unfortunately.

Quite wet on and off here but very calm, hope you have all survived the storm down south. It was fairly windy here yesterday afternoon but nothing much.

Came home to find DD packing up the bits and bobs from the small living room, that made me quite sad really, everything 'fitted' so well and won't mean very much in the next house.

Sweet and Sour chicken for tea, used a jar from Ald! that was in the cupboard as an emergency and it was actually very nice. May buy it again for just 'keeping in'. Had hm lentil soup from the freezer for lunch which was very tasty, may have more tomorrow.
