Day one on FEE-bay isn't even over yet and I'm at £5.50, so hoping for good results from that. Second listing going up shortly. Third will be up on Tuesday as I don't want to swamp the buyers with the same thing and then depreciate my own auctions.

£10 paid to rent arrears today :T Fingers crossed I can double this or more next week!

Aside from texting and scientific studies, I'm also looking into something else money making (and very MSE) but I won't post about that untill it does or doesn't happen.... oooh cryptic.

That's enough for right now (no doubt I'll post again at daft o'clock in the morn' with some other brain fart :p

Be good and have a great weekend you wonderful DFWs!

Ebay is doing well just now, sitting at £23.99 for an auction that ends in three days and £16.03 auction that ends in four days. Mousey number three wasn't useable, sadly, so on to another tomorow. I had an email asking if I'll have auctions up next week so that's a good sign too.

A friend of mine is on holiday for the next fortnight, so I asked her if she would do a car boot sale with me (well, she's the one with the car :p) and luckily she said yes :D So the pitch could be anything between £8 and £20, but I have SO MUCH STUFF to get rid of that I wouldn't put on ebay for the hastle factor. Yay! fingers crossed that when we get around to it that it's a nice dry morning with lots of bargain hungry folk.

I've also registered with pppay and looking to register with amazon for this 'other venture' I'll be starting next week. I need to look into the ins and outs of accepting amazon gift vouchers (as a payment method). Anyhoo, I've found myself a mentor and I'm off to chat to her now.

I hope all you wonderful DFWs had a fantastic weekend x

There's not alot going on today, pretty slow as it goes. Tomorow I'll have money in the bank so I can go out and buy some bin liners to start the great-big-massive declutter in preparation for the impending car boot sale.

To mind I have theese rather interesting things:

Two very ornate glass (but possibly crystal) table ware bowls with sterling silver rims, fully hallmarked
1 brand new golf club and 1brand new putter
1 kids golf caddy (the golf things have actually been here since my ex left over 4 yrs ago, eep!)
Three le creuset pans (which were FREE.... which means my neighbour was chucking them out and I took them :-p ). The three pans I I'll need to give a bit of attention to to make them a bit tidier looking, but having had a look at ebay I could probably manage to get the three sold for £30 at booty with no probs.

I'll be taking my ENTIRE book collection down from the shelves and packing thoose to sell too. Vases, orniments, footware, clothes, old bath towels (theese actually sell pretty well at booty) that I've had for five years, my jewellery.....ALL OF IT with exception to the diamond solitaire my wonderful BF gave me last year. Anything that I haven't touched in over a fortnight is going into the car and I'll bloomin well let things go for tuppance than not make money to pay to this rent debt!

I've a tiny black mouse to go up for sale on Thursday (5p listing day) and a white mouse for Friday. I think once I've listed and sold thoose two I'll make a couple specificly for BIN for the sake of quick funds (and the subscribers to my ebay shop email like a bargain, so if I keep them happy it in turn makes me happy too) then back to auction. I think I should finally bite the bullet and work on a mole, hmmm.

Anyhoo that's all for today. xx

Today ebay hasn't moved any. I have had an enquirey from a fashion student and she may be looking for two mice, so fingers crossed. Aside from that all is quiet. I need to wait for the two auctions to finish before I can tell how much I can pay to the rent (once the buyer has paid). I only managed a lowly £6 today, but at least I know there's a minimum of £40 on it's way soon :)

That's all for todays update x

    Ebay total : £26

Not alot going on, on the survey front today.
I've got mixed feelings about ebay just now. Winner of the first auction messaged me to ask if I'd mind waiting untill the 15th for payment as she gets paid then. I said that's fine because if I keep my buyers happy they keep comming back. She is bidding on my other auction too and has said she might be interested in a couple of commissions once she has the money. Fingers crossed.

The fashion student I've been talking too might also be looking for a couple of commissions, so we'll see how that goes.

With ebay, any payments made by paypal I'll keep there untill the end of the month, payments made by post will go straight on the housing card. I just realised that I only need to be pushing myself to make £60pw from ebay to get to my target, anything and everything else I do will be a complete bonus for the arrears!

From now untill the 17th I have a grand total of £47 in the bank, so it's going to be a hard stretch untill then. But I'll manage, I usually do.

    That's all for tonight x

    Ebay total
    W/E 7th Sept: £72.00

So ebay turned out pretty well for me, better than I expected. Three auctions down in the first week and £72.00 to the rent arrears pot :T. Considering I was worried I wouldn't make the £60pw target this now means that anything over and above £48 next week will be a bonus :j. Takes the pressure off a little.

On Monday I'll pop back out to pick up more supplies and waste no time in getting cracking. If I pick up five critters this week then I'm going to do my best to make sure none of them spoil and that all are useable.

That's all for tonight from me, have a fab weekend you wonderfull DFWs x
