God, you sound like my da - he's always taking the pi$$ too and I'm 38 now but still have to think when I'm repeating something he told me as a kid. He's bloomin clever too but has a "why tell the child the facts when you can make up something far more amusing" sense of humour... I've have been known to do the same to DS so can't complain too much...
BTW - the rat looks a bit like Remy out of Ratatouille surely that should up the price!Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

So things have taken a turn for the worst. The relationship between my mum and sister has broken down which led to my sis being kicked out on her @r$e. She's now living with me and sleeping on the sofa.
The past few days have been horrid and stressfull and now I have an extra mouth to feed on my fortnightly giro. I won't go into great detail, but my mum isn't offering any help financially so I've now got to plough my attention back onto ebaying and job searching like never before.
We're ok for food this week though. Both my rats sold along with a piece of jewellery. So that'll free up a much needed £70-ish. I really wanted to fix my hair and put £40 to the electricity bill, I can't manage that now. I'll just need to wait another two weeks before fixing my hair, and the debt payments can keep as is for now.Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:

sorry to hear that JCD, is your sis still at school? I hope you manage to sort things out between your mum and her not just for financial reasons but must be quite stressful.

and god bless you to for taking her in. You are a survivor JCD and should be proud of yourself for taking such good care of your sister. Any chance they may heal the rift? Hugs to you honey. xxxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0

Thanks everyone x
just a quick message before I head to bed. Sis is back with my mum, we've all sorted things out a little (and I do mean a little) but sis is back to being a pain in the @r$e already. I'm just laying low for now trying to chill out and get my thoughts in order. Still plodding along with ebay and my taxidermy too (working some rats and a guinea pig this week comming) because crafting helps take my mind off things.
I really appreciate all your messages, I really do it means alot to me.
Anyway, chin up and best foot forward ect
G'night for now folks. Hope everyone is doing well out there xxxDebt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
