    Thanks hon.
I'm in the middle of a 'life laundry' which has been going on for weeks now. I'm throwing things out left right and centre trying to clear my head of the memories attached ect. I'll likely stay signed in just now whilst I swan around the house binning things and trying to clean xx

Yup, that's what I'm trying to do, I hope it works. Hope you get better soon hon. I've been barking like a dog with a chest infection of some sorts for a couple of weeks, so I feel your pain. I'm 'ok' I guess, but that's about the best of it. I still haev skype but rarely have it on because usually anyone who wants a chat either has me on msn or calls me at home. If you fancy a gab later tonight I'll be around amidst gutting this hell hole flat. xx

    Hello :hello:

Sorry to hear that stuff is, quite frankly, PANTS right now.

Dig deep, grab some of that inner strength you have and let's get through this xx

Thanks girls. I'm on coffee break number two (yeah, even putting rubbish in black bags is stressing me out) three bags full and I'll be periodicly jumping back and forth from housework to the computer.

That's kinda the problem Hypno, I'm finding it harder and harder to find the inner strength. Frankly I'm overwhelmed with problems and I'm sure if it wasn't for the human body being in it's own right pretty sturdy, I'm quite sure I'd dissolve. I'm trying though. xx

*hugs* thanks SSL, sounds odd, but it feels nice to be missed. xx

  • Are you getting any counselling luv? I was really down last week, but my counsellor said that having depression is like a snakes and ladders game and I had just slid down a big snake. This week I'm back up a ladder, but that might just be my increased medication! xx

I was getting counselling and I've stopped now. I was offered pills but refused them, I want to get through it in my own head without meds. I know the up a ladder feeling all too well. It's a rollercoaster! thanks hon xx *big hug*

Getting there slowly. Just been throwing myself into taxidermy to take my mind off it all. Having a hobby is something that was advised at counselling, it's helping. Thanks SS xxx
