It will go away in a matter of days, trust me.
As for 'trespassing' You cannot be prosecuted for this.
The staff turnover is so high that they will have new ones by next week. Go in at the busiest times, security won't notice you.
That's exactly what I do. I play it cool with APG's keeping them as low as possible (only in my 'home' store).
Anyway, what you did wasn't wrong. Its immoral and morally wrong (not criminally wrong).
I would have asked them to call the police and say that they have assaulted you and insulted you in front of other customers. (That's if they did...or did they not use any force to take you into the room)?
In T's once, I was told I was comitting fraud with the DTD. This was at a very busy evening, by the front door. I raised my voice so the whole area could hear and asked "Are you seriously going to stand there and say "What you're doing is fraudulent, are you really accusing me of fraud"?" They soon backed down and asked me to leave. I refused and went on to the whole 'this is slander' more as a show than a threat to sue. I didn't have anything planned for the evening.
Most importantly is for you to chill out this evening, call them up tomorrow, cry down the phone if need be, email Customer Service, CC the CEO's office (google the email address) say how you felt intimidated, how aggressive he was in his voice how he accused you of being a criminal and committing fraud. Say how you didn't sleep and are now having nightmares and generally just scared.
Also say that they offered no evidence and that they also would not listen to you. Explain that you don't count the APG's you use.
You'll get a reply saying you're not banned and probably a gift card.
Also say that they ruined your VALID AGP

It must have been a horrible experience.
I would complain to HO about how you were treated.
They should have treated you with respect and done things in a nice and professional manner instead of making you feel like, and treating you like, a criminal.
I would point out that you were not commiting fraud, you were just doing what their adverts tell you to do. If they do not want people to use more than £100 of vouchers per month, then they should have a better system for tracking it. You do not keep count of what you spend in their store, nor what vouchers you get. If they had a problem with what you were doing they should have been polite and taken you to one side and had a chat with you, asking you not to use the apg's anymore.
I can't see the point of that - the T&C's say that the £100 limit applies and, just because we COULD use more, doesn't make any difference. Just because some daft person leaves their front door unlocked doesn't justify a passer by walking in and helping themselves to anything they fancy - they wouldn't get away with saying that the owner shouldn't have left the door open.
Also, probably not a good idea (for any of us) to suggest that Asda should investigate tightening their system up - thats the last thing we want !ELITE 5:2

I do believe they were comparing the price of 12 bottles against the price of 1 in Ms. This was a mess up by As pure and simple. An offer too good to be missed. I don't give a **** about their terms and conditions. Their IT systems are carp at best....
Nothing to do with Asda - the glitch resulted from MSMarket in much the same way that they messed it up a a while back and we all stocked up on just about everything. Asda didn't put the Waities price in. The only thing YQ got pulled up on was using more than £100 worth of APG's per month. The snake glitch just showed that up.ELITE 5:2
