Did anyone else watch Masterchef this evening?

How much did that Quinoa rice pudding look like cat sick!

As tense as things have been lately on this thread, we all know the backbone of it is formed by lovely people. Lovely people who are so concerned about a fellow member of said thread that they track down friends and family to check everything is ok. Even though a lot of us have never met or spoken in real life.....you're all mint. Truly.

So anyone who wants to create bad feeling or harass people into leaving......just go away. Please. Ain't nobody got time for that.

    Night all!

Not sure this is the way forward. If you dont play by our rules, then do one?

I thought your post was rather nice, apart from the last bit. Seems all the posts that get lots of thanks are the ones telling everyone else what to do. This is a public board and anyone who wants to post, can do so. We all judge things differently, im not saying any person was right or wrong, but this sort of comment just drags it on on and on. I have my own thoughts on the goings on and kerfuffals but dont see the need to tell anyone what they should or should not do. I leave that for the kids at the school gates.

Ive had lots of help and fun from people on here, flo flo and Frequent respecively. Perhaps one may be going through a tough patch? Its so easy to sit behind a keyboard and judge others for their behaviour, or perhaps there was some substance to the comments, or maybe not. Nothing is black and white.
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

DD does not want a reconciliation at all. She just wants her stuff back. She has spent years making the wrong choices in friends and ends up with people who just take from her. ( same as me really!!). This girl purported to be a friend but let DD do her hair extensions and never paid her, came to my house and made a bill dialling 0845 number ( only a small one but I am a bit fanatical about not paying for those) etc.
It seems she wants an apology for DD being annoyed her friend was wearing DD's clothes.
DD is doing so well in therapy and I actually find it helps me too as I am much more positive and say no to people much more often now.

It may be worth losing the clothes in order to lose this so called "friend"!

My Dad used say something similar re lending people money, sometimes it worth losing a tenner to get rid of 'em!!;)

  • It's not that I don't recommend them... I had to have them when I was pregnant but they .... Without going into too much detail .... Have a few side effects...( not bad ones, strange ones:rotfl:)Making you constipated being the most common.

When I was put on them once I had it the other extreme:rotfl:

Yeah I agree Wool. There's been far too much judgement on this thread from behind keyboards. The main point of my post was- be nice. I like nice people. Don't we all? :D

It's good to have you back Floflo. What did you get up to during half term?
