We are still eating the 19p wholewheat pasta must be from couple years ago now. ;)

It has finally gone OOD Sept/Oct 2013. It was one of those things that every time I went in it had been restocked so picked up half dozen bags each time. I think I definitely went overboard, still at least dozen packs left. I can't count them as they are a bit buried but box must be emptier as it is starting to collapse. :rotfl:

Oops I think I've got about a dozen left too!
One thing that does keep & improves with age is rice. Remember the Tilda 5kg sacks they were selling for £2.50 in Asda a couple of years back - I think I have 3.5 sacks left - lovely rice now! It was good when bought but even tastier now.

Not sure if the brown rice with the coupon will improve with age though as not having seen them they look to be sealed in plastic or metal.

It's not that I don't recommend them... I had to have them when I was pregnant but they .... Without going into too much detail .... Have a few side effects...( not bad ones, strange ones:rotfl:)Making you constipated being the most common.

the glass of oj with each helps with that to:rotfl:

I am in the process of googling iron rich recipes. Doc has just informed me I am anaemic :o
I am thinking of home made soup with beans and lentils in.
I don't like liver, kidney etc so that's out the window, though I do eat plenty of green veg

Juice your green veg first thing in the morning with a lemon The nutrients will go straight into your bloodstream as no food in stomach.
Try kale beetroot and carrots with lemon

WIRS I wouldn't worry too much. I really don't think Ts or As are going to listen to someone 'telling' on anyone of us. We're not at school. Genuine fraud isn't investigated as much as it should be and targeted shopping certainly isn't that! :)

Can you imagine someone trying to explain that on the phone? But they buy things.....in your shop! And these things are cheaper elsewhere! Arrest them! :rotfl: PLEASE.

Everything crossed for results day tomorrow logie. Lots of love xxx

I'm not worried as due to the data protection act Facebook can't release my true details - can they? I only came across the message a few days back - as I said I rarely use facebook and it was an alias I very rarely use anyways.

Just gobsmacked me that someone took the time to try and find out my real ID & made it known to me they had - so they thought!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
