Yes I did contact the BPA - and not heard back from them either !

I am on holiday this week ( staying at home) so time to write to BPA and DVLA .

Thanks for all the advice - which - in turn is being passed on to lots of other NHS employees at the same hospital having the same problems.

Steve C of BPA is now back from hols when even his auto-response back-up failed.

Jane, more and more people are directing all their ppc non-compliance complaints to him that reply time has slowed.

It isn't hard to re-send to sc and dd again, with a loud intro sentence 'This is the zillionth time you - and xx - have failed to reply to a single one of my etc.'

You have this proof of trail should it be necessary further on.

Is neither of your working sites one which is now caving in and paying these shysters? - angry though it makes unkomaas and all sane people.
