EXPIRED £10 Morrison voucher for £1

I never got offered another voucher if I didn't cancel. I just asked to cancel, they asked for my details and then it was done.

I was told when I did live chat to cancel today, that the morrisons voucher would be sent after 28 WORKING days!

me: I should have already had the £10 voucher for Morrisons for joining on a trial but so far I havenot recieved it
sun: They are being posted out 28 working days after the account has been opened . Will be sent to you

In my case, opened trial on 31/10 so voucher expected after 10/12 if what I was told is correct.

I opted to stay another month for another voucher as it made December effectively free and paid me the £1 back for the trial month. And who knows, maybe there will be a couple of decent perks in December . The sunlivechat person said they added the voucher to my account on the spot

Kept a transcript just in case (as above quote has been taken from).

I agree with you about not expecting the voucher until early December.

But when I cancelled I was offered a voucher, but it was explained to me that I would be charged the full price for the next month. So it would be £8something & a £10 voucher. Not just another month free and a £10 voucher.
I chose not to bother.
Could I suggest you check this, as it wouldn't be nice to get the shock?

I don't think that Rellarips expects it to be free in December. It's clear in her post that she's counting the £10 voucher as money back for paying the £8 odd out.
From her post she says that:

Taking into account the £10 voucher for Dec, minus the £8 odd she will pay (so it's effectively free) = the £1 she paid for November.

I hope there are some good perks for her though, they seem to have gone downhill in the last few weeks.

I gave up and cancelled and watching to see if they take any more money!!

I questioned them on live chat today about when voucher would be received and apparently the first batch only went out today but all should be received within 14 days apparently.

Did anyone else get the email for another £1 trial with tesco voucher today?

Still no voucher received for me just yet I signed up within the first week of the offer so I hope to get it soon. I also got an email offering to reactivate my membership for another £1 and get another £10 Morrisons voucher so I did a live chat to confirm this which they did then just reactivated. I hope I get them now and the free lip glosses I requested
