I'm going to leave it for the next 2 weeks, to see what 'freebies' there will be....then I'm cancelling as I don't much like the layout of the site and cannot afford the £8 odd monthly price.

I'm guessing as everyone is on a trial the freebies and offers will be pitiful and once the trials finish for this month, paying subscribers will get better offers....just a thought,

I signed up for this last Friday £1 taken out of bank, received emails so everything was correct but check my bank statement today and my £1 has been refunded

i signed up using the right link on the 26th, i never received confirmation email about the £10 voucher (did receive £5 offer like others). I wish i'd contacted them that weekend to confirm that offer as i contacted livehelpjust now to check about the £10 and was told i never signed up to receive it!!!

the person offered me £10 morrisons if i continue my subscription until 2nd month, i told him i wanted to cancel now

annoyed about this as if i'd made a fuss about not getting email that weekend i might still be getting my voucher or atleast i could have cancelled within 7days to get my £1 back. just thought as soo many didn't receive comfirmation emails and when they contacted sun they were told not to worry they'd get their voucher so i thought i'd just wait patiently

I signed up for this offer for both myself and my Mum. For the two accounts it was completely different email accounts and card payments etc.

I had signed myself up first and got a confirmation email about the £10 Morrisons voucher the following day. I didn't receive a confirmation email regarding my Mum's account although I had followed the exact same procedure.

I logged on to my Mum's account yesterday to 'live chat' to enquire about the voucher and the guy from Sun+ said that there wouldn't be a voucher sent out as no code had been entered and it was just a 'normal' account (?). I did everything as I had on my entry so how this came about is a mystery!

I guess at least one of us qualified though. I wonder if it's something to do with using the same PC - and therefore the same IP (Internet Protocol) address?

So, in short, it appears that those who DIDN'T receive that confirmation email, will in all likelihood, not receive a voucher

Now I'll just wait and see if mine appears through my door.

Has anyone received a voucher yet? I didn't get the email confirming it but have had it confirmed via Live Chat - kept screenshots.

I would also like to know if anyone has their voucher yet. I signed up on 26th Oct and got the confirmation email. I also got the other free £5 voucher deal too.

I have yet to cancel my Sun membership.
