My line cannot get fibre yet, does anyone know whether plusnet offer existing customers to switch to fibre if you are on an unlimited broadband home and phone package once it becomes available in your area? I am considering moving from o2/sky but ideally would like fibre asap.IAAR/IAAMM/MFTMFAQ/IOA6BH0

As a new customer to Plusnet I've already seen their introductory prices drop by £1 from £2.99 via £2.75 just a few days after I signed up to the present £1.99 a month. I was annoyed about the first price drop, which brought a take-it-or-leave-it response from Plusnet, but long-standing customers must be absolutely incensed to see the current offer on Plusnet's home page. Plusnet would do better to improve customer services to retain existing customers as I had a 45 minute wait for customer services after they failed to activate my BB on the agreed date, something that's not going to improve if they keep attracting new customers, even if they have opened a new call centre to cope with demand.0

If they carry on discounting like this ,they will be paying customers to join them!!!:rotfl:
I got ,what I considerd at the time, to be a good retention deal from them last July - I shall expect an even better deal to be offered next July ...or I' ll definitely be off to one of the LLU suppliers at my "market 1" exchange!!:)0
