None. I was saving up with my first serious boyf to buy a place but realised I wanted to live on my own first....... then I ended things with him anyway as realised if my mindset had shifted to that extent it meant I didn't really want him full stop.

After that in each relationship we have both had a property and mortgage so it's not as simple as one or other of us just stopping at the other person's house then moving in. There was one who was just lodging somewhere but it never felt right to move him in.

    :D
  • Three, all of which were within 3 months of the relationship! Taking my time with this one lol

3 - married the first one (before living together. Together 8 years but only married for 2), had a child with the second (together 5 years lived together for about 4 years of that) and married the third (and last, moved in after about 2 years together, child after 4 years and married after 6 years)

Just my husband,it was quick too but I have known him all of my life and we had a very good friendship before it became anything more,we have been together for 17 years now.

Before him I was with my ex for over 2 years and the question of moving in was what actually made me realise it was the end,he wanted to but it became very clear all of a sudden how little I could rely on him and how emotionally immature he was so not only did I decline to live with him but I ended the relationship, good thing too because the night I did he hit me,i walked away and never looked back.

It was 1999. I was the rebel then too as all my mates began moving in with their partners at uni. Uni ended, then we got married, then we lived together.

Mine is 2012 - moved in with husband after our wedding. and he is the only partner I have ever lived with

Haha, well cats are more of a female thing. More of a dog person myself. People do think it's unusual for a 38 year old to have never lived with anyone, but it's just the way it is... Society looks down on both parties for not conforming but I think for women it's slightly worse.

Of course, there's no point in living together with the wrong person either, just because time is running out or whatever.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

    One.

It was my husband and we moved in together after the honeymoon. It was quite quick though - 6 months after we started dating.

Oh and we've been living together for almost 30 years now.

Only the one I live with right now.

I have been in previous relationships where I spent more time at someone elses house than my own but we were never actually living with each other.
  • Moved into our new house on our wedding day in1976 , been married 37 years , so , one ! In those days not many people just lived together , I don't know anyone that did .
