Haha, well cats are more of a female thing. More of a dog person myself. People do think it's unusual for a 38 year old to have never lived with anyone, but it's just the way it is... Society looks down on both parties for not conforming but I think for women it's slightly worse.
Of course, there's no point in living together with the wrong person either, just because time is running out or whatever.0 -

I'll have your cats cc, DH and I always have room for more.
I have to say, I find the stereotype a bit odd. I am a married mad cat ( and dog and other animal ) woman. Shrug.0 -
Three. First was after a few months, he was staying over so much just became permanent. About a year or so later I realised I didn't like him, yet alone love him and booted him back to his mums, ran me into debt and was a lazy no gooder. Next up we waited 2 years then moved in, lasted nearly 9 years in total. Also realised he was a twit, goodbye.
New one only 5 months in, just. Most days I love him
I love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D

Two.
First husband - moved in together after five years. Lasted another eleven years.
Second/current husband - moved in after a few months although I'd known him for years. That was about seventeen years ago.0 -
2 x First I lived with for around a year before packing up and going back to my mums.
2nd I live with now and weve been together 8.5 years x We moved in together when DD was 5 days old. We were supposed to have 3 weeks to sort the house when we finally got the keys ( there was a real pain with chain on the mortgage) but unfortunately DD had other ideas coming 3.5 weeks early x0 -
One. Got together just before uni, moved in together as soon as the last one of us graduated. Got married a few years later. Still very happy after 25 years or so.0
