O.k the person who told me this says it should say code error or something along those lines but file manager will still activate,so dont switch the phone off after is says code error, what comes on the screen after it says code error or wrong entry ? Is there any new menus's you can see or go onto. I dont know if your model will support this but its worth a try .0

it says wrong entry and then just takes me back to the screen. i have a file manager in my menu...but thats always been there-contains my pics, videos, images (well used to-now its empty)Respond to every call that excites your spirit.0

In that menu if there is anything at all in there go to number 4 which should be settings, then number 2 which should be my settings, then number 4 which should be file manager, then execute number 4 which should say initialise then go to number 6 which should say recover. If you cant see them then your phone model doesnt support that but I will still keep looking for a way and keep you psoted. I love a challenge !0

my file manager only contains the files:
images, videos, music, MP3, sounds, frame, my vMeassages, other files, memory status.
i do have a seperate settings menu, and that contains the following files: time and date, phone settings, display settings, sound settings, network settings, bluetooth, infrared, security, i-mode settings, reset settings.
could it be reset settings?
ive gone in and it says all settings, phone settings, display settings, sound settings, i-mode settings.
cheersRespond to every call that excites your spirit.0 -

First look in where it says other files, if there is nothing in there that resembles any of the other menus I have said then it will jsut be a case of looking in all the settings and see if there is a recover option anywhere, a phone is just like a p.c, no matter if you format/delete things theres always traces of them somewhere its just a case of finding the swines0

the only thing i can see is the 'reset settings' file-should i select all settings and reset? ive been through pretty much everything else and cant see anything that resembles the recover thing apart from my reset settings...
it cant get worse can it?
i hate my phone-its rubbish.Respond to every call that excites your spirit.0
