The only change that will affect me is the rise in cost of internatioanl text messages. I sent 10-20 of these a month, so it will cost me an extra 50p to £1 a month. This is not going to meet the 10% requirement set by vodafone but am I right in thinking that this is their interpretation of matierl detriment and not necessarily in line with the law?

The only answer it to take them to court, it won't get there they'll settle out of court but theres no other easy way to determine what material detriment is to you.
