    Normally they dont, but then they do have the right to visit you too inspect your books etc in situ, but they must inform you beforehand. But you could write your own receipts out as long as you can show where your money has gone and where your money has come from so your accounts add up they are happy.

    just think in retails where 90% of sales is just cash and their is no legal requirement to issue receipts, so you just add the cash amount in your books as a cash sale.
