  • Hi Jenikitten

I've only reached payout once before but I seem to remember it slowing down a bit. Has been quite good to me last couple of weeks but I need to remember and check a few times a day if I can as Iim sure I must miss some when I only check once - well that's what I keep telling myself! Determined to persevere - I want my £40! :p

:wave:Thought I would come over and say Hi

Yes, this is pretty much a question I am pondering myself - to stay put in the home I have, or in about 5 years move on to a 'dream' home.

It's always a tough question, but I am hoping I can be as near to MF as possible so if/when I do move, I can go forward with as little Mortgage as possible. Then the whole journey starts again!:)

  • Hi BlueMoo, thanks for popping over :)

80p til cash out on OnePoll - keep refreshing the page to see if any more surveys come up :rotfl: I think it'll be next week til I hit the big 40.

Checked mortgage balance and now just £2.27 until I dip under £89k. I think I need to make a little TT today :)

    Happy Friday people

    Hi RG!

I'll be following your diary with interest. We sound in a similar position. I have a little one at school and one still at home. I work part time too and intent to stay that way so I can have the work life balance. We don't earn masses either but it never fails to surprise me how much the little changes make such a difference.

    Good luck! x

  • Thanks Muser1, always good to know there are others in very similar positions on the MFW wagon too :T Will have a wee peek at your diary!

Have had 3 NSD's this week - would have had more but did some more Xmas shopping :D Nearly finished - all my side of the family is pretty much done, just need to get one more wee thing for DS and then pester DH to see what to get for his side of the family. Took advantage of the 20% day at M&S yesterday - saved loads as used some 3 for 2 deals.

Finally reached pay out on One Poll :j so will see how long that takes to come through. Should be able to order another voucher from Consumer Pulse today too - keeps my clothes shopping addiction going :rotfl:

Gas bill in for last month and pleasantly surprised at how low it is although that will change this month as I've had to put the heating on most days now and, of course, the silly price hikes

Anyone else with kids at school feel they are constantly paying out for things?? I think I've handed over nearly £10 this week for tickets, poppy money, donations for other stuff etc and still to pay for school photos, concert tickets, disco tickets etc this term Just as well they're worth it :p

Right could someone kindly pull me off the sofa so that I can go for a run :rotfl: Been far too lazy recently so need to get back into it properly.

    Happy Friday everyone :T
