    Please can someone help to find the lock with similar measurements. Looks like Amazon has a loads of the locks but can't work out which one will fit.

    This has happened to a guy in my block. If the key breaks through general use, surely it is a substandard product, and thus why is it not the responsibility of the supplier however defined?

    Thank you. I checked the size 16 (if it's the right size for my lock and the size I need to look for) but it's out of stock.
    I really need something sooner as will be going away and worrying about box becoming full and mail dropping to the floor. ( I live in the block of flats).

    Then organise a keepsafe or mail collect depending on time scales
    seriously,this is a minor issue that you have had plenty of help on
