This has happened to a guy in my block. If the key breaks through general use, surely it is a substandard product, and thus why is it not the responsibility of the supplier however defined?Free thinker.:cool:0

Thank you. I checked the size 16 (if it's the right size for my lock and the size I need to look for) but it's out of stock.
I really need something sooner as will be going away and worrying about box becoming full and mail dropping to the floor. ( I live in the block of flats).0 -

Then organise a keepsafe or mail collect depending on time scales
seriously, this is a minor issue that you have had plenty of help on0 -
Today I've been to post delivery office and they said that postsafe is only available if you travel for 3 weeks and more but not for a 10 days. What is a mail collect?
Just googled and found this:
http://www.marketreach.co.uk/delivery/outbound-mail/mail-col
Why the delivery office I visited today never mentioned this to me? As I understand from this link, this is free? Do I have to write an application form?0 -
