    thanks everyone for your replies, I have looked at the T Mobile Fext and although it looks ok I can still see the potentual to run up a bill. mY son is 19 and this is his won money but I cannot make him realise how much he is wasting, he used internet on it and never texts anyone just phones them, BTW the £30-£40 is per week not per month. Believe me if I was paying he would be getting £10 per month like the other kids.

    I guess he is just stuck with PAYG until he wises up and realised how much money he is wasting. :confused:

    i see this is a bit late but if he's spending 30-40 per week just now then he really should move to a contract, there will be various contracts available at that price per month instead of per week that would have a large internet browsing limit on them and loads of calls/texts, i think right now on 3 you can pay an extra £5 on most price plans to add on a large internet usage allowance. At £120-160 a month PAYG is really not the answer.
