The things is, anyone who tries to cancel their subscription are forced to make the call otherwise sky are not accepting the cancellation. This is a breach of their own terms and conditions that allows you the choice of four methods to place your cancellation ( email, fax, letter OR phone call).......

I know that there are some concerns on the Sky forum, that the assurances provided by Sky Community Managers earlier this month, have yet to lead to the eradication of some of the practices/behaviour that customers have been complaining about for many months.0 -

I'm probably going to ditch Sky in a while.
I've got Virgin BB and it's way better.
I hardly use the telephone, so I don't particularly like paying to have cold calls all the time.
I'm getting bored with the TV, and mostly watch pre-recorded items.
The On Demand Wi-Fi service makes the Sky box malfunction.0 -
