Continueing my quest not to shop, went hunting for a recipe for the bag of small sweet potatoes i had. Too small for baked potatoes.and didn't feel like wedges. Came across a lovely recipe on bbc good food for tex-mex eggs. Done it as indivudual portions baked in oven. So tasty! And only had to buy the coriander.
Out: sweet potatoes, onions, eggs, spices, tin black eyed beans. Cloves for Orange and Clove Pomander balls, Cinnamon and Star Anise for xmas decorations.
