I'm joining, despite my best efforts my cupboards and freezer are still bursting - perhaps posting on here will help me to focus a little more.

    out over the weekend
    2 containers of raspberries
    rhubarb
    2 packs chicken fillets
    black pudding
    pack of beefburgers
    bacon
from the storecupboard I managed to use a pepper sauce dated bb 10/2006:eek: - we are still alive and well:p

    In
    nothing

    Out

chicken fillets (these had been frozen seperately but had welded together in the freezer so all had to come out)
    pack of sausages
    bolagnaise

    In

    Chicken madras
    Chicken dopiaza
both made from some of the chicken taken out so a fairly neutral week for me.

From the store cupboard I managed to use up stem ginger and flaked almonds.

I am back as I still have two full freezers and want to empty both get them defrosted and cleaned ready for the summer fruits and the tomato crop. I only NEED milk for the next three weeks so I am hoping to get through at least one of the freezers by the end of April.

I definitely need to join this thread please :)

I am a vegan, and have loads of tins, packets etc of beans, pulses, lentils, vegetables, and i need to use them up before i even consider buying more!

I need to find more lentil based recipes! So, today for dinner we are having meatballs and spaghetti. The boys will have regular meatballs, i will find a recipe to make my own.

    EDIT-

    Out- Meatballs

I need to join this thread! I used to be a member years ago but lost my MSE ways so much that I even forgot my username. :rotfl:

Anyway, I feel like I buy new fresh food every week while the freezer and cupboard stays full. Off to do a proper inventory now...

ETA: I'm finding it easier to edit this list than do separate in/outs. Again, hope that's OK!
