The issue from his own posts is his attitude to others. And that is all. From his first post the touching is not the be all and end all, its the existance of a.n.other with the bare faced cheek to act as an authority. He needs help.

Re touching, I started work in the days when arms round shoulders etc were the norm but as someone who dislikes that sort of thing, I would let them know that I found it uncomfortable but in a gentle, non aggressive manner.

No drama, no anger and although some found it a little strange, it was accepted and unwanted contact didn't happen again....I did accept a much needed offered hug on the day my marriage fell apart though.

Have you considered trying to alleviate his concerns and anxiety? It might improve your life as well as his!
