Sorry, but I only know you were groping for tenacity and magical because either you or someone else subsequently supplied the complete words. tancity had me completely defeated, but I was turning maical into something related to mania ...

And what? The words magical and tenacity were both directed at other posters as a commentary on their posting styles with zero bearing on the point at hand. And the posts CANNOT be illegible as your self and another have concluded what the word should be. Therefore you both clearly understand the point being made. I thankyou for reiterating my case.:T

Um, no, sorry. You told us what you were trying to say (post 129).

Tenacity would have been there. Maybe you should check it too.
And the the other word was magical. Which in no way derives from the point being made. But if your point is invalid you could always resort to pointing out spelling mistakes. Well done you.

    I did guess at detracts.

And again, what? Zero relevance to the point being made that means none. Zilch. Nip. Nada. Nothing. So even with the words tanacity removed the posts are complete;)
And still we dance away from the point of the thread.

I have not made anything up.

    A) unwanted touching is always unacceptable
    B) OPs views on "inferior" people seem to indicate he has a poor attitude towards some coworkers.

Just because B) may be the case that doesn't mean A) is invalidated.

It does not come clearer than that

Reread the first post and return suitably chastened.

The point is that if you intend debating on a forum then the minimum requirement is that you spell well enough for people to be able to read and understand your point, without having to be be told what mangled words are supposed to be. If one fails to make the point clearly then misunderstandings can ensue, causing confusion and for topics to be dragged off point while explanations are made. These posts being a case in point. Your abject failure to understand this point is frustrating. All you needed to say was 'Yeah, sorry, I am typing on my phone. I meant to say....." Then be more careful to proof read before you hit submit.

In response to the OP, I would agree that any form of unwanted touching, at work or anywhere, is not acceptable. However, I do not agree with the method the OP intends to use in order to deal with this, and other issues he has with his colleague. A simple, polite request that the colleague stops touching him or things on his desk should suffice.

Absolutely not. You are very wrong and proved your self wrong by correctly guessing the words without promting or assitance. It therefore is impossible for you to tell me you couldnt understand it. Impossible.

But I didn't guess the words. You told us what they were in post 129. I've already said this. Are you being deliberately obtuse and arguing for the sake of it?

I told you what tenacity was. And that was certainly guessable what with it being anothr vowel. I think its you being arguementive with your "minimum requirements". How dare you. Where do you get the gall? If you "expect" then i suggest you go elsewhere.

I read it the first time

    A) unwanted touching is always unacceptable
    B) OPs views on "inferior" people seem to indicate he has a poor attitude towards some coworkers.

Just because B) may be the case that doesn't mean A) is invalidated.

It does not come clearer than that
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

Repetition does not make the point more valid. It is the op at fault.
