My girlfriend needs 'a device'

She only ever surfs the web, plays with photos (not editing them) and plays a bit of music. She wants a device that she can just use on the Sofa. She want's a 'proper keyboard' and would like a touch screen. She prefers 13-14" screen
Other than the touch screen, I thought the due to be released HP Chromebook 14 would have been ideal for her and at £250 a reasonally cheap option.
Any recommendations?

Thanks for those, She does seem pretty keen on a touchscreen though. I was looking at the new HP chromebook about to be released with a Haswell processor but that's not touchscreen either.
I like the Lenovo yoga 13 but she doesn't think she needs the 4 'modes'.0 -
Is a tablet (eg. an iPad) out of the question?
It seems like the use you've described is pretty much what they are made for.
The only "but" is the storage capacity.0 -
Meeting your spec but you didn't say what your upper price limit was?

I agree and got her to try her dad's ipad but she wasn't too Keen. She wants a 13-14" screen and proper keyboard. I was thinking about the Sony Z tablet. I also suggested the lenovo yoga 13 (I can get one for £699) but she thought that was too much money for what she needs.0 -
