When I saw this thread yesterday it took me a lot of effort not to reply suggesting an Hitachi Magic Wand.
Seriously though with the 13-14" requirement, you're not going to be looking at the Android or Apple tablets, but at something more like a touchscreen laptop or netbook.
The Surface is probably worth a look. Do note that it comes with two keyboard options. There's the cheap nasty ZX81-style keyboard, and one with proper keys.0 -
