I think it's completely selfish to park on the pavement at all other than in an emergency. If there isn't room to park then park elsewhere. :mad:Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

No it's an abbreviation of the Latin word carrus .
The word carriage is derived from the same word but "car" is not an abbreviation of carriage.0 -

Most terraces appear in rows of terraces. If you're advocating a system where cars can't park on terrace streets where will these hundreds of cars park?
There are not magical car parks that offer free parking for hundreds of residents cars.0 -
I have seen on roads around me cars parked with all 4 wheels on the pavement.0
