OP, I hope you haven't been put off by the little argument in here. As has already been said you need to go to the retailer you bought it from. If they refuse to help then you will need to get an independent report stating that the fault was inherent. Yes I know thats why I copied and paste it...however and independent report can be from anyone who has knowledge of engineering or even a friend who has done research on how long circuit boards last..
How long circuit boards last is not relevant if this one died from from external factors rather than from an inherent fault. I doubt a judge would accept a report from a friend who read something once about how long circuit boards should last. A friend isn't exactly independent either.0 -
