    how to start new thread?

One page back from here, just above the green banner line 'Threads in Forum', on the left hand side of page you will see the blue 'New Thread' button.

    Just press it!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why would you do that BEFORE reading the sticky that answers all your questions anyway? No new threads needed in most cases.

    Hi Coupon-mad,
it was only to have some feedback from Romitomi that had a similar case, to know if his appeal with popla was successful..

Hmmmm but bumping old threads is not the way to get an answer. Reading the sticky threads at the top of a forum (the current page one full of today's posts!) is the way to find out what to do. And as for Romitomi, click on his username and 'view public profile' and you find he hasn't been on MSE since March!
