Cancel your contract with Three with no termination fee
Hi,
I had issues with Threee mobile netowrk due to weak signal, disrupted phone calls, people who weren't able to contact me when I was in the city centre - full network reception. I had a battle with Threee customer services, but all my complaints were ignored and neglected.
After few months, as I was running out of options I have decided to go to Communications Ombudsman. Ombudsman was also told off and forget about the case. But there was turnaround in my case that proved I was right.
Ombudsman called me to explain that my case is a difficult case, and there would be no possibillity to cancel the contract due to poor network reception and dissconnected phone calls. But during that phone call when I was standing in the very same position the connection started to faint and crack. Two minutes later I was disonnected. Ombudsman had then straith forward case to finish. And after, what I was told, lenghty conversation with Three Executive Office - Three has agreed to teminate the contract about a year before contract finish.
Case was about Three network faults with iPhone 3GS.
