    Seems it's £119, am I missing something?

The first link on the OP email takes you to the special discounted link of £45.

For the £20 voucher, you need to register the machine on the tassimo site, usually with the serial number. You'll then be emailed a £20 discount code to be used on the tassimo website. The code usually comes through quite quickly, if you don't get it within a day or 2, then contact their help line, or via their facebook page, and they'll sort it out for you.

UK mainland only! The rest of us are second class citizens obviously!:mad::mad: Tassimo.....I was just about to spend over a hundred quid with you but your ridiculous discrimination has lost you a sale! Companies that discriminate against people in Ireland and people in UK Islands really annoy me! How are they allowed to get away with that?.

I'll just spend my money on a company that doesn't randomly discriminate against subsections of the UK populace based on geography!
Great offer OP, but sadly only if you live in the right part of the UK!

While I do sympathise, I don't think it is discrimination to be honest. The bottom line is that it costs more to deliver to non-mainland locations so the company has to make a choice between raising delivery costs for everybody, but keeping them the same, or offering different costs based on the actual costs of delivering to different locations or limiting delivery at a fixed cost to certain locations.

My Tassimo came by Interlink Express courier and was a tracked delivery with regular updates. Unlike Royal Mail, they don't offer a flat-rate delivery to non-mainland UK locations.

I will just add that I got mine from a similar Costa/Tassimo offer in June when the offer was £30 + fee delivery for the same model.

They deliver here from their main site....and they could easily be non discriminatory by advertising any additional costs for non mainland delivery. It's a nonsense anyway - everything I have ever had delivered off the tassimo site ( including my old tassimo machine) came by the Royal Mail, ( not parcel force or courier which DO cost more) which is the same delivery cost to anywhere in the UK. It is most definitely discriminating against people because of geography - if it wasn't they would advertise the offer as being available but with a longer lead time and/or extra delivery costs - as they do for everything else on their website.:)
Shame, as. I would have spent a fortune with them:rotfl:
:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:

They're not using Royal Mail for these deliveries, mine came via Hermes.

I'm sorry, but my statement about courier delivery is not nonsense. I have ordered one for a Christsmas gift with this offer and it is being delivered today (next day delivery) by Interlink Express - as it was when I ordered one for myself using a similar offer in June.

For those living outside the delivery area - could you possibly arrange to have one delivered to a friend or relative in the delivery area that you might be planning to meet up with soon? Just a thought.
