I did end up doing my vs S shopping (entirely without a list:D), minus any Lynx showers, as I did need these items and in the appropriate quantities etc.:

Note I've gone off the SP Cooked Ham and onto the SP Wafer Thin Cooked Ham now, as T and S now has a version of that available and cheaper than the price of M (to which the plain 'Cooked Ham' compares) on the SP Cooked Ham. I thought best leaving the W/Thin off my vs T shopping and putting onto vs S, not only to ensure I had the 8, but also because I felt vs T (despite msm.co.uk) may return N/A or be more risky... and look!:D:
