dont cancel within 7 days or you don't get the voucher
do cancel more than 5 days before your next billing or they'll charge you for another month at about £9
I plan to cancel in 2 weeks. Reminders already set on phone
Apparently you can cancel from within your account on the sun+ site.
Just done the same. Thanks for the idea as I probably would've forgotten about it until they charged me for another month.0 -

I notice that MSL has coke zero at 100% refund, valid until June! Only one use per person. Is there a way of telling if I have already received this please? Don't really want to have to return it.
Buy it on MSM A vT
Coke Zero £1.98 100% cb MSM
Coke £1.98 50% c/b MSM
99p paid net for both.
T 2 For £3.50 and A multibuy is for 3. APG for 2 v T = 81p
99p paid - APG 81p = net cost exc. fillers 18p0 -

When I put this into my basket in A, it suggested changing to an own brand that was cheaper in A and therefore onto the T own brand version of that vs A (don't know whether that works though).0 -

Thanks Savvy, I knew you wouldn't let me down
So we should never use (or be allowed to use) an APG that has had an item returned prior to using the APG. Whether it compared or not, whether it counted as 1 of the 8 items or not, doesn't matter. Simply, do not redeem an APG using a receipt with a return marked on it is how I read that.....at first
although "part of the check" could be argued for/against depending on whether it was n/a, didn't appear, etc
However, if you redeem the APG and THEN return something it is not the contribution of the returned item that gets deducted from your refund, it is the entire value of the APG. So in my example the flump would be returned at a cost of £6.93
That is interesting, I genuinely didn't know that....and I get the feeling that many SA/CS's don't either
ETA: I've marked in red how I think the T&C should be re-written (not just for us, but for everyone).
I appreciate that this may not be entirely correct policy but I have specifically asked at CS if I can still use an APG voucher when I have returned something (ususally a clothing item or something that didn't affect the APG - but the CS would not know that). I have been told on a couple of occasions ...'Yes, thats fine, once you have the APG voucher you can use it regardless'. This has been said several times - but at the same store so they might just be making the same mistake.ELITE 5:2
