Right to cancel webuyanycar contract?

My mum just sold her car to webuyanycar, my sister uses it primarily and she put my mum under duress to sell it, but I think it was a bad idea and the 3K she got for it won't be enough to buy a second hand car of decent quality to compare and it leaves my sister (who probably saw £ sounds more than logic) carless with two kids. This was done literally tonight, is there any right to cancel since there are 4 days until the money is paid to her?
Thanks for reading.

'done tonight' as in they've already collected, or she's done it on line and clicked to accept but they've not collected.0

LOTS of decent quality cars for £3000 or less.
I only paid just over £2000 for mine. Almost 4 years ago now and still all good.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

OP said "decent quality to compare", which she's right. WBAC gave her Mum £3k for a car that will most likely be on a forecourt in a week for close to £5k.
There's plenty of good motors about for £3k but you can guarantee 90% of them will be worth less than the current car.0 -

Done tonight as in my sister took it down there, called my mum to come, and my mum signed. So they have the car, they wont have the money for 4 days. If it helps at all, this was all so sudden I still have the spare key, not sure if that'd void the contract or not.0 -

"They" being WBAC or your mother/sister?0 -
Sounds like it's gone then unfortunately.
What was the reason they sold it if they need to buy another?
Hopefully they didn't believe the radio ads with Mr Corden on.0 -
It's not James Corden on the radio ads is it? Just some jovial sounding 'honest' type who couldn't sound more insincere if he tried. When he says 'got you thinking hasn't it' I have to resist the urge to smash the radio.
Clearly the car is now with WBAC. Having the spare key will make no difference to the contract.0 -
I like the "86% of customers believe they got a fair price", so 14% thought they were getting ripped off and still sold their car?
Would love to hear the stats from the non-customers who decided not to sell after going there.
94% of people thought we were taking the p*** and drove off.0 -
OP, I'm confused.
Why would your sister coerce your mum into selling a car that she, the sister, uses? Fair enough if the sister desperately needed some money, but it sounds like the money is being used to buy another car.0 -
